I was quite skeptical about Bioware's new direction towards Dragon Age II. From the looks of the demo to numerous interviews, they overhull much of the combat, gameplay and dialogue to feel more like Mass Effect and less Dragon Age. From the Bomb/First Impressions - Dragon Age II

When they announced the second Dragon Age, I had hope that there's going to be some sort of import feature like what they did in Mass Effect to Mass Effect 2 but as they announced that it's not a customizable character albeit a named as well as voiced main protagonist named Hawke, I was quite disappointed and such. The idea of having your character from Origins imported to this sequel would be amazing, just like what they did in Awakening and what you did impacted characters, story and such...
